LEAN’S L.B. Workout Series

 

Program is Available Year Round, However Will be Group-Launched at Specific Times Throughout the Year

I call this the LB Series [L.E.A.N. Bodies]- the LB Series includes 4 challenging, yet doable programs (without having to spend forever in the gym or working out at home!) focusing on building whole body strength. The first program in the series was previously known as “Butt Builder.” Many have done the LB Series and love not only the programs, but also the results they get from this series!

*This is a program that can also be completed in a gym, however I have designed it to require minimal equipment and space - this program is a great option to help get your fitness back on track or if you are looking for a new routine.

Equipment Required:

Stability Ball (a.k.a. Swiss Ball), Preferably 2 Sets of Dumbbells (although you could get away with 1 set). . . and that’s it! Literally that is all that you need for this series.

Who Is The LB Series Designed For?

This can be completed by those new to fitness, experienced exercisers, and all of those in between! As long as you are cleared to exercise from a doctor, this will be a great program for you! Anyone with a diagnosed health condition(s) should get approval from their medical doctor/health practitioner prior to beginning any new exercise program to ensure your safety. Should you be an expectant mother or looking for postpartum fitness soon after having a baby, I have amazing referrals to other trainers who are skilled and trained in this area.

What Is Included In The LB Series?

You will be set up with a client profile and app access to view and complete workouts as well as have communication and accountability from me!

I have scheduled workouts & rest and mobility/stretching days.

On workout days the warm-up is listed, exercises in order to be completed, all super-sets, reps and sets to complete (don’t worry if you don’t understand these terms yet!), and rest times between exercises, I also have step-by-step written instructions AND step-by-step videos for ALL exercises (and stretches/mobility work). Check-ins will occur during this program to see if you have any questions and ensure you stay on track - in addition to “tasks completed” on the app.. I’m here to support you! Also, if you have a FitBit, you can connect that to the app to log sleep, steps per day, etc.

*for those who continue in the series you receive a discount on additional LB programs [ie. if you complete LB 1, LB 2, 3, & 4 are all discounted!]; custom programs are also available - please email me for pricing.
